Scott brings over two decades of experience in transforming engineering-led organizations into commercially focused, growth-driven businesses. Most recently, he served as CEO of Calibration Technologies, where he laid the foundation for accelerated growth by developing a high-performing team and driving 15% organic growth during his first year.

• Operational Excellence: He has consistently improved EBITDA—notably moving Laird Connectivity from a loss-making position to greater than 19% profitability.
• Strategic M&A: Throughout his career, Scott has led management teams through the evaluation and closing of nine different M&A deals, integrating global engineering groups and expanding product portfolios.

An engineer by training, Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
