Amy Bouchard is the HR Director at Wavelynx, with over 17 years of experience in human resource management and 20 years in public relations, communications, marketing, and web development. She joined Wavelynx in 2023. Her HR specialties include talent management, employee engagement, internal communications, and process improvement. Amy has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in human resources and training and development from Eastern Washington University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and previously held an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR). Amy served for 16 years as a board member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and helped produce two televised U.S. Presidential Debates with CNN while at UNLV. She also led the development of the first mobile app for an alumni association in the U.S
