Amy Bouchard is the Director of Human Resources at Wavelynx, bringing over 17 years of experience in human resource management. She joined Wavelynx in 2023 and has since played a key role in strengthening the company’s people strategy and organizational development.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Training & Development from Eastern Washington University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and previously held the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR).

Before joining Wavelynx, Amy spent 16 years as a board member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), serving as President of the Las Vegas Valley chapter and Chair of the Western District. She also served as Senior Director at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she led the expansion of the UNLV Alumni Association from a single board of 12 members to a network of 12 boards representing the university’s diverse alumni base. She also founded and led the university’s Leadership Development Day, a signature program designed to train alumni as future leaders for board service within the university and beyond.
