Claudio Correa is Wavelynx's Vice President of Operations, leading operations at the company's headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado. He brings more than 15 years of experience building, scaling and transforming production systems in aerospace, luxury goods, industrial automation and renewable energy, across the United States, Mexico and Brazil. Before joining Wavelynx, Claudio spent six years at Vestas, as Head of Manufacturing Execution in its Brighton, Colorado factory, where he launched two new production lines and roughly quadrupled output while sustaining 100% on-time delivery and zero customer audit findings. Earlier, he led Lean and HSE transformation at IMI Precision Engineering, and held Lean leadership roles at RIMOWA, a House of LVMH, and Octans Aircraft.

A native of Brazil, Claudio began his career as a CNC and metalworking instructor at SENAI, a foundation that still shapes how he leads on the shop floor. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of São Paulo and an International Executive MBA from FIA São Paulo.
