With over 30 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, Fred became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Wavelynx in early 2024.  Prior to joining Wavelynx, Fred served as CFO, Vice President, and Head of Finance for notable international public companies such as Trimble, Hasbro, Time Warner Telecom and First Data along with serving several private equity owned companies as a CFO.  During his career, he has successfully transacted multiple companies that resulted in successful sales within the exit strategy window.  For most of Fred's career, the companies served were technology businesses that were either manufacturing or SaaS based companies.  Before his accomplished career, he worked for a Big Four accounting firm for five years and has his CPA certification.  Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University.
