He has a proven track record in business process redesign, identifying and implementing efficiencies, and building strong, proactive teams.  Mike believes in being a true co-pilot of the business and strategically positions himself to support leadership teams in their sustainable business growth objectives.Most recently, as CFO at RANDYS Worldwide, he redesigned and reconstructed the finance and accounting team, reducing headcount by implementing process and reporting efficiencies. He also improved AR collections and reduced AR aging across the portfolio.  Currently, as the CFO at Wavelynx, Maley is focused on implementing and refining company-wide KPI dashboards, implementing excellence in invoicing for customers, and developing a talented team of finance and accounting professionals.
