Scott Lordo is Wavelynx’s Chief Executive Officer. He was selected to lead the company's next phase of commercial expansion and strategic value creation. An accomplished business leader with a deep background in electrical engineering and private equity-backed growth, he brings over two decades of experience in transforming engineering-led organizations into commercially focused, growth-driven businesses across industrial automation, wireless technologies, IoT, and electronics.

His career is defined by scaling businesses and delivering exceptional investor outcomes:

• Laird Connectivity: As CEO, he successfully managed the company’s carve-out, more than quadrupled revenue, launched successful IoT portfolios, and executed value-maximizing exits. He is credited with consistently improving operational excellence, notably moving the company to over 19% profitability (EBITDA).
• Strategic M&A: He has led management teams through the evaluation and closing of nine different M&A deals, integrating global engineering groups and expanding product portfolios.
• Calibration Technologies: Most recently, he served as CEO, where he drove 15% organic growth during his first year.

An engineer by training, Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. He is known as a customer-driven strategist who leverages the Pragmatic Institute framework to align engineering innovation with customer pain points.
