Simon’s practice includes domestic and international commercial law, with expertise in contracts, including licensing, intellectual property law, business entity formation and governance, specification and standards, and employment law. In addition to his legal practice, Simon has maintained his Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) security credential for over 20 years. He has served in critical roles in the development and governance of public key infrastructures and key management policies and practices.
