Wavelynx Technologies is a leader in the security industry, specializing in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge electronics for credentialing and access control. We seek an organized, friendly, professional Office Manager to join our team. In this role, the Office Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office and support leadership throughout the organization.

Successful candidates will be people who are self-starters and are capable of working in a collaborative team environment as well as on an individual basis to achieve corporate development plans and timelines. The position reports to the company president.

This is a Monday through Friday role, 100% onsite at our facilities in Broomfield, CO.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide hospitality to visitors while ensuring access control protocols are maintained.
  • Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs; works closely with leadership to support the management of the facilities, including tracking of issues, working with vendors, and alerting the appropriate personnel to areas of concern.
  • Provides clerical support when needed to assist staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
  • Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
  • Supporting meetings with external participants with hospitality service, including preparing coffee, purchasing and serving appropriate meal preparations, and cleaning up.
  • Attend meetings; prepare summaries and minutes; and prepare, gather, and distribute meeting materials.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • At least five years of administrative and clerical experience is required, with experience supporting executive leadership preferred.
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace is required.
  • Must be able to drive a car and travel to local stores to pick up supplies for the office.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
